Seems this store's management struggles with the customer experience. Other reviews suggest the same. Bad policy - e.g. "final sale, no returns" - does not absolve you from poor customer experiences. Next time, let's offer store credit sooner when a customer wants to return merchandise they are truly unhappy with, irrespective of "corporate policy." Be the heroes, not the villains. You were average today - not a good look for a luxury brand.

My family and I went for a weekend getaway to Houston and spent those 2 days at the galleria. My son went over to the store and asked the gentleman by the name of Obinna Azubuko, that he had a small problem with his belt he had purchased on the last visit. Obinna at that point fixed his issue and my son bought him some awesome loafers Obinna showed him. While my son was there my family and I went to check on him at the store, and we started looking of course my wife liked some shoes aswell along with an accessory. Through out this visit my other son put his eyes on some nice tennis shoes. The point is that since we were visiting Ferragamo, Obinna offered us drinks and made us feel very welcome this person has excellent customer service. This is the reason why I spent some good money here. I highly recommend going with him. Thanks alot Obinna keep up the great work !!!

I bought some beautiful heels a month ago. The second time I wore them, the strap broke. I had to limp around work all day. I was just so disappointed. I went to the Ferragamo boutique store at the Galleria, to see if I could get help on the issue and the employees there were condescending. I felt like they were rushing me and seemed bothered when I asked questions. I now have to wait over a month to get my heel fixed and have to go back to the store to pick them up. I was not expecting this treatment and customer service from a brand like Salvatore Ferragamo. I was so excited when I bought these heels, they looked amazing and made me feel cute! But ever since they snapped, my Ferragamo experience just got bad.

Horrible experience. The wallet I wanted was not in stock in the color I desired (BLACK), the second choice wasn't available. The final selection was off the shelf, no discount after it's been handled by so many. Poor service for the price. Wish NM was open!

I had great service by sales person Carlos even though i wore garden working clothes with sandals... he was polite and patience. but store manager was not really cool at all....he just knows how to say no to customer like a robot lol...because Carlos me and my wife bought 3 pairs of shoes at great price.

Terrible service, I went in there with a list of items I was ready to purchase on Saturday may 22nd at 7:50pm and the incompetent staff asked me to use a face mask even though I notified them I was already vaccinated and the Governor Greg Abbott gave an executive order where wearing a mask was not required anymore starting on May 21st and it also states that any place that would obligate you to wear it will be subject to a $1,000 fine, the staff didn’t even let me talk and finish what I was saying, and I decided to walk away and not invest my money in your store. Horrible service and lack of knowledge.
