Went in over 3 hours prior to closing to purchase a pair of shoes to customize. Despite having availability for this on the website the store manager told me they could not accommodate me because they stopped at 6 today. She also said Italians run the website and they do not understand how the store is timed (weird because I’ve been trying to find a time to get this done for 2 months and they certainly have had slots being booked through the website during that time).
The manager was incredibly condescending and bordered on rude with the way she spoke not only to me but with another employee around me. Unfortunately it looks like I won’t be purchasing from there any longer which is a shame.

For a change, this place actually had sizes available. Typically, smallest size available are the ones on display. These shoes are quite expensive but thats how they are as man-made footwear. The sales associate offered me some water. Also clearly explained the return policy which is store credit only. I appreciate the info and i know they have to run a business and need to limit buyers who keep returning footwear after most likely buyers remorse. My cons are only that the sneakers dont come in half sizes, and that the store need more space and more benches to sit on while trying to fit shoes.

Visited this store today intending to buy sneakers for myself and my mom. We weren’t greeted upon arrival, no one offered assistance, and the staff were rude. We felt racially profiled and left without buying anything. This experience was not just about poor service; it was about a lack of respect and dignity. Very disappointing !

My experience at the Golden Goose store in the Galleria was far from what I had anticipated. Excited to treat myself to my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers as a birthday gift, I entered the store with high expectations, only to be met with disappointment.

Firstly, no one greeted me upon my arrival, which immediately set a negative tone. As I approached the artist responsible for customizing the sneakers, I was taken aback by his rude and sarcastic demeanor. Despite my genuine interest and questions about the custom/design process, his attitude was dismissive and condescending.

When I inquired about the possibility of incorporating my brand's logo onto the shoe, his response was unnecessarily cocky and arrogant. His lack of professionalism was evident, leaving both myself and my confused mother feeling unwelcome and disrespected.

Disheartened by the artist's behavior, I attempted to proceed with browsing the available sneakers, hoping for a better experience. However, it became apparent that I was being overlooked, as no team members approached me to offer assistance or answer any questions I may have had.

Despite the presence of idle team members within the store, none made an effort to engage with me, leaving me feeling invisible and undervalued as a potential customer.

As someone who was genuinely excited about making a purchase, this experience has left me feeling disheartened and discouraged. The lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by the staff at the Golden Goose store was truly disappointing, and I am left reconsidering my decision to patronize this establishment in the future.

First time visiting the space.
Customer service is non existent.
No one greeted as I entered.
A peer was willing to purchase and what stopped her from doing so was the guest service was non existent.
Employees come across uppity and for what? They work there.

Only person with a smile on her face was the manager.

Do they hate working and representing the brand.
Do better if you want people to purchase from this establishment
