So a couple years ago I walked into NM. Unaware of the niche fragrances. I came across a gentleman named “Charlie”. Let me tell you. Over the last couple years he has taken me on a fragrance journey with his knowledge, expertise and patience. Charlie is one of a kind. I have loved fragrances since I was a child. He has been able to tap into that and made a childhood fantasy into a reality. Charlie has allowed me to explore my love of fragrance..Never pushing, but instead, remaining intuitive on my feedback and desires, and keeping me intrigued by his suggestions. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a treasure to the fragrance community for sure.

Shipping is very slow and you normally get an email informing “your shipment is running late”. Their system had a glitch and my order was sent to my old address. Customer Service was unwilling to review their system to check the information I provided and practically they told me it was not their fault. I will never buy again from them.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of being assisted yesterday by Hilary, a sales representative at Tom Ford, and we were thoroughly impressed. Although we didn’t make a purchase that day, it was not due to a lack of effort or expertise on her part. Hilary’s knowledge, charm, and wit made our visit memorable, and we have every intention of returning to her when we’ve settled on the perfect fragrance.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I was a long time Saks customer (since 94). Neiman Marcus customer service is unmatched. Shopping experience is relaxed so that you can browse around and look at all the beautiful things they have. I don’t feel pressured here to make a purchase. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful! I was beginning to wonder if these qualities existed anymore. When I go, I usually do my shopping with Lauren. She is the most kind sweetest person always goes above and beyond to help or to answer any questions I have if I’m not in the store and looking for something. It is an absolute delight to shop here compared to some of the previous places I have visited. Hands-down Neiman Marcus has the best service and if you happen to stop by, I’m sure anyone would help you but ask for Lauren! She is a GEM!

By far the worst customer service experience. I purchased 2 wallets online, track delivery and showed delivered BUT no where insight. I contacted customer service and stated the delivery guy stated it was delivered. I said where is the proof? Picture? Anything matching my home? CS did not provide any proof other than word of mouth. What type of people does Neiman Marcus hire? Clearly criminals because they stole my wallets. For a “high-end company” do not hire trust worthy people to deliver expensive products!! 1st and only time I will ever buy from this establishment. The worst!!!!!

Had an awesome experience with Charlie in the fragrance dept. Finding the right smell, especially a pricey one, is always tough for me. So many options it can be a little overwhelming.

Charlie was super helpful and really knows his stuff. I went in not knowing what I wanted, but he asked a few questions, got a sense of what I like, and then suggested some amazing fragrances I wouldn't have even thought to try. If you’re looking for solid advice and great recommendations, definitely go see Charlie. He’s the best!

We were here over the weekend to purchase the Initio Side Effect parfum. We approached the counter to inquire about the product. A snobby, elderley Hispanic guy name Carlos (I got his name before we left), was on his phone with his eyes glued to the screen while I was talking to him. He did not even look up or make eye contact, he made sure that his priority was his phone message and not the customer. Businesses should NEVER hire useless people like this, especially at a "high end" department store, they drive away business. We left and purchased the same product at Saks Fifth Avenue. The total for the product was $411, they gave us samples, a gift bag, and a $50 gift card. You can buy any of the products they have at Neiman Marcus at Sak Fifth Avenue, but they will offer better customer service, and offer gifts and extras along with your purchase. I recommend that if you want an attentive employee of a company that will show you respect, you should avoid Neiman Marcus at ALL COST.
